Austin serves in Business Development and Operations at Madison Partners, focusing on helping advisors grow with discipline, clarity, and operational excellence. He also leads the development of the firm’s institutional investment advisory initiatives and advisor development efforts, strengthening both client outcomes and firm infrastructure.
Over the past three decades, Austin’s work has centered at the intersection of finance, strategy, and execution. He has advised high net worth families, institutional investors, and executive teams across wealth management, private equity, and global platforms. Earlier in his career, he helped build advisory businesses from startup to multi billion dollar AUM and worked closely with endowments, foundations, retirement plans, and very high net worth families.
Austin is committed to helping families and institutions navigate complexity with clarity and discipline. By combining thoughtful planning with consistent execution, he works to align investment strategy with long term objectives, risk tolerance, and the legacy each client seeks to build and preserve. Austin has lived internationally in Iran and Norway and spent over a decade traveling throughout the Middle East and North Africa for business. He enjoys playing guitar and mentoring entrepreneurs. He actively supports the Humane Society and values time with his wife, Lisa, and their grown daughters.
