We’re expanding and looking for experienced Wealth Advisors who want to grow faster, work smarter, and build long-term client relationships with strong operational and lead-generation support.

What You’ll Do

  • Complete outbound tasks to prospective clients who may be a fit for financial planning, retirement planning, investment management, tax planning, estate planning, or related services.
  • Set qualified appointments for Madison Partners Wealth Advisors.
  • Confirm meetings and help reduce no-shows through professional follow-up.
  • Ask basic discovery questions to understand the prospect’s needs, timing, and fit.
  • Maintain accurate notes and activity records in the CRM.
  • Participate in call reviews, coaching sessions, and performance check-ins.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of sales, appointment setting, recruiting, cold calling and general outbound experience.
  • Strong phone presence and comfort making outbound calls.
  • Ability to handle rejection without losing focus.
  • Clear communication skills and a professional, trustworthy tone.
  • Strong organization and follow-through.
  • Comfort using CRM systems, calendars, email, and basic sales tools.
  • Interest in wealth management, financial planning or professional services.
  • Coachability and willingness to improve through call review and feedback.
  • High attention to detail, especially around notes, scheduling and compliance.

Compensation

Base salary: $45,000

On-target earnings: $75,000
